Doctor's Best Boswellia + UC-II®, 60 Veggie Caps

Initially, I bought this together with Curcumin for pain and inflammation during my knee tendonitis rehab phase. I took this together with Curcumin once a day and it alleviated the pain similar to when I take NSAID. However, it takes longer time before you feel the relieve than NSAID. The first time I took the recommended 2 tabs together with Curcumin and my stomach is not reacting well. After that, I only take 1 tab (half the dosage of Boswellia and Curcumin) instead and the effect is the same without stomach upset. For your reference, my body weight is 63Kg. After my tendonitis is fully recovered, I continued to take this together with Curcumin every time after long or intense run or strength training. It significantly reduce DOMS.

+ Boswellia + UC-II I'm using this supplement mainly for joint and gut support during my healing journey. It's a nice combo — collagen for tissue repair, UC-II for joint flexibility, and boswellia to reduce inflammation. So far, it feels gentle and helpful. No side effects, and I hope it continues to support my recovery.

There are lots of joint supplements in the market, some are very expensive. I find this product reasonably priced and I hope it works as well as the more expensive products. Will find out and update review once I finished this bottle.
