Doctor's Best Celadrin, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Joint Support, 500 mg, 90 Caps

My husband was thrilled that I was able to find the Celadrin for him! We had looked all over and no one else carried it or was out of stock. It helps him so much with his pain in his joints: knees and legs. The tablets arrived very quickly and efficiently and the price options were wonderful! Many thanks for a great offering!

I read about this supplement in Dr. Sherry Roger's medical newsletter and books. I got it for my elderly father who was having severe joint pain in his knees, which we thought was due to arthritis. We added this supplement as well as other supplements and treatments (no nightshades) and when nothing helped, we came to the conclusion that his knee pain was not due to arthritis. After doing some research online, we came across a number of people who had severe joint pain after taking Eliquis, which is what my father was on. We were convinced that his joint pain was due to the drug, which is why none of the arthritis supplements, including this one, helped. Of course the doctor denied that it was the Eliquis that was causing him the severe joint pain (it was so bad that he was basically disabled, unable to walk more than a few steps with a walker), but when we stopped the Eliquis for a few days, his pain started to subside and his ability to walk improved.

One of those supplements that I know i need for my knees as I can tell the difference when I'm not using it. I always purchase Doctors Best because it is the only one I see here that does not have soybean oil or lecithin which is an ingredient I stay away from!

The cetylated fatty acids mixture from Celadrin reduces inflammation in vitro by significantly decreasing the expression of IL-6, MCP-1, and TNF in stimulated RAW264.7 mouse macrophage cells. These compounds facilitate the chondrogenic differentiation process of human adipose-derived stem cells by stimulating the expression of chondrogenic markers under chondrogenic induction conditions.

Celadrin always helps for auto immune/inflammation issues but some people are more resistant to taking caplets/gelcaps/tablets as they see them as pills. When a larger amount of Celadrin is needed in a shorter time spans or for larger/more chronic painful issues, these 500 mg capsules will deliver more solution faster.

This is the brand I started with, and while I've tried others, continues to be my preferred--this dosage works without smelling or tasting unpleasant. I use celadrin in conjunction with standard joint supplements and found it's addition to be the component that made what I thought were constant age related aches, disappear.

After 2nd day I had less pain in joints, especially knee. After a week, much of the pain was relieved and now I don't have to even think about it. It is 90% gone! I take one in morning and one at night. So happy I found these. Referred Celadrin to friend with osteoarthritis and she has found some relief too.

I just started this supplement so it is too soon for me to comment on it, as far as performance. I've never taken Celadrin before. I purchased this brand because Doctor's Best is suppose to be one of the better brands and the price was affordable for me.

My wife has had knee pain for some time. She took Calabrian and the pain went away and she was more active. When we ran out and she stopped taking it the pain returned. She has start taking Doctor's Best Celadrin again and has notice the improvement in a week.

I'm sorry to report that I did not see benefits from this product. I was hoping to avoid knee pain relieve & purhaps prolong knee replacement, however neither happened for me. I feel very disappointed & hope other had much better results. I felt this product was a waste of my time and money and didn't preform as stated by iHerb.
