Doctor's Best D-Ribose with BioEnergy Ribose, 50 Servings

The powder came in one big clump, a solid block! I researched why it would come that way, and found that that means it was exposed to high humidity. I would NOT recommend. And it only comes with a little desiccant piece of cardboard, that was supposed to keep it dry, rather than a silica bag. Big red flag. They probably tried to save money by doing that, but it ruins their product completely.

This product was doctor recommended and after trying several other brands I finally found this brand which has become my favorite. I use it in my iced green tea or hot tea in the mornings to help wake up and throughout the day as I have cut back on caffeine. Swanson has the best price. I buy this product and share with other family members.

I have used this product for 5 days now and it has given me some afternoon energy. I also stacked a cord of wood last night and I did not have any reason to rest or slow down. I would have rated this product higher if it was working in the A.M. better. Still have not been able to hop out of bed but since it has only been 5 days I remain hopeful.

I like this brand for everything and this ribose powder is super stuff. I add it to my coffee in the morning; it is slightly sweet and gives great energy for the day. It's also super helpful to maintain good heart health and skin, just to name a couple of things. Also super great right before exercise.

I use this before a bike ride or weight workout. It seems to help boost my energy. It dissolves well in cold water and has a slightly sweet hint.
