Thus stuff works great! I just take 1 before a meal where I know I will have dairy or gluten and I don't get the bad effects of bloating ans stomach pain I usually would for next 2 days. Really great product. I live gluten free, but take this suplement with me to the restaurant. I realised I feel better after eating outside with this supplement than without it, so it works for me and I recommend it.
