Start off with 1 capsule and experiment with your dosing. I find better to dose (1) capsule ea dose if you want to increase the dose beyond (1) capsule to additional capsule then spread it out throughout the day. Low dose can be used spread out throughout the day. Can also be used effectively in food open capsule by pulling apart the 2,piece capsule and stir into small amount of pudding, applesauce, yogurt.

I like the veggie caps. Easy to swallow than the tablets. I used to be able to take the tablets with no issues, but now they get stuck.

Drs Best is the ONLY brand of Magnesium that I ever buy. It helps me get to sleep and prevents cramps in my feet and legs too. But more than that it is good for bone and muscle, too. I will always look for it and buy it here where I get great delivery.

Easy to swallow capsules- we were taking the large pills and (accidentally) ordered these. They're easier to take even without water.

Accidentally purchased this thinking it was the same item that I had purchased months before, but apparently this is a different item and different vendor. Turns out this is half the quantity and half the concentration of the one I had bought before, even though they were the same price. Swanson Health Products is who I previously bought from, they have a far better deal on Doctor's Best Magnesium Lycinate Glycinate. It's the exact same product, but with double the quantity and double the magnesium concentration for the same price, so you're getting 4x as much magnesium for the same price compared to this one. I highly recommend buying from them instead of iHerb.
