This is a terrific product. It is completely pure. There are no fillers of any kind. I take one scoop in the am and another in the pm, by just dissolving a half glass of water. I am trying to take all my supps in this form so as to avoid the fillers.

The powder is easier than swallowing the bigger pills! This works great for RLS!

i personally did not care for the taste . i mixed it with triple chocolate hot cocoa to make my own moon brew. it did relax me . It was not horrible, its just me.

It's to soon to know if this magnesium works to help me sleep and relax muscles. I'll return to update the review when I know. I'm currently looking for ways to make it more palatable. in water, it's chalky and tastes like aspirin. Hard to choke it down. I tried it in hot decaf coffee this evening and it's worse. The coffee tastes like fish. I don't drink sweet drinks so I'm not sure what else to try. hopefully the product does what it promises and I sleep better with fewer leg cramps and joint pain. If so, I'll find a way to continue it's use and return to add stars to the review. For now, it's nearly impossible to get down my throat.

I don't know if this works well for stress because I've only had one dose. The taste is unbearable. it tastes fishy. I almost thought something was wrong with it until I researched and found out that that's just the way it's supposed to taste.

Tastes like rotten fish! Horrible! I do not like this product but am unsure of how to return it with the pandemic going on. Spring Hill (I believe they are called) made a clear powdered magnesium; however, they seem to have discontinued making it and now only have a flavored powder. I like to put the powder in my peppermint tea at night. This product tastes awful. 0 stars. Uck!

It tastes horrible. No matter what you mix it in. Couldn't get past the taste to be able to tell the quality of the product. The pill version works great but the pills are hard to swallow because they are big. So I would assume the powder would be great as well if you can get past the taste.

Tastes awful! Will return.
