Quality vegan capsule option
Sometimes it's hard to find supplements without gelatin capsules that aren't expensive and this is one. It keeps my knees from hurting when going up stairs. Two daily and it would be awesome to only have to take one daily. But the price, being vegan and a good brand I'm very pleased.

Good glucosamine supplement
For many years, glucosamine has remedied my knee pain, but serious allergies prevent me from taking some formulations, especially those in gelatin capsules. The Doctor's Best brand of vegan glucosamine provided a solution. These vegetable capsules work to relieve pain, and I recommend them.

Very difficult to find some vegan/vegetarian vitamins and supplements. These are perfect, and I do believe my joints are feeling much better, especially my knees.
