We like this as daily supplement for our five year old - gummy form is easy to take and has good flavor without being too sugary or artificial. We have gone through two bottles already and will purchase again.

great supplement for iron deficiency which is all too common. and my son eats them. they have to taste good on order to get the benefit. I like the low dose too so I can customize the amount. pretty clean ingredients relatively. I did a fair amount of research to find them.

They are kind of addictive and it hard to stop eating them so I wont get them again for that reason. However, they are good

The size, quality and flavor of the gummies seem perfectly fine but I did not like to the taste of this supplement but it does seem to suit the purpose and I get what I need out of it so it is not bad to use it but I have tasted better so maybe I would not get this one again.

The gummies have a pretty good dosage (10 mg/18 mg for women) and helped with my anemia, shown from my lack of redness on my face. But the gummies have quite a strong iron after taste that make your mouth taste like blood. Moving forward would probably stick with the regular tablets that you don't have to chew, so there is less blood flavour.
