Great quality & ingredients. Kids love them, so it's been easy to get some extra magnesium in them without struggle. Packaging is good with child proof lid. It's not my favorite form of magnesium, but it's better than none at all. It's a necessary mineral for modern people who are depleted.

These only contain citrate and are not very strong, but taste good

These are excellent! They feel just like regular gummies, nothing weird about the texture or taste. Each gummy only contains a small amount of magnesium, but that's to be expected from gummies.

This was a first time purchase in this brand for me. I have bought magnesium gummies to help support my childs sleeping habits. I believe the inclusion of magnesium has assisted with him sleeping longer without having middle of the night waking periods.

It's nice that it does have a good amount of magnesium in it but there are better options. In fact there are at least 3 other companies that products a magnesium that is superior to this. Why? Well for one, this does not have any organic ingredients though nearly all have a similar formula to them (same "gummy base" of sugar, pectin or other binding agent, flavoring). So if you want to feel at least a little bit health taking a gummy, then look for those with organic ingredients over this. The one positive side is that it does come in a dual flavor whereas other companies tend to focus on just one flavor. So great if there are 2 people taking it with each person having a choice of their flavor!
