Easy Way To Take Zinc
One less capsule or tablet to swallow - that's what's so great about this zinc gummy. The bottle says to take 2 but that's more zinc than a body needs, so I take one a day. The taste is fine, the sweetness not overwhelming, and each gummy is easy to get out of the bottle. If I don't get sick this year then I will know that my immune system is in better condition having taken the gummy every day :)

Fantastic for people who hate taking regular pills. Regular pils make me feel sick and these gummies do not. Would recommend for people who are pill sensitive.
