Easy to use and allows dog to still eat and drink. Does tend to rub on dogs snout after some use though and would be even better with some padding or fur on upper most part to avoid this.

the thing came in flatten down and cannot get it to reshape

It came so flattened down that I thought it was supposed to go up-and-down until I read the review above me that it was so flattened so I do not recommend this at all either because my dog potted off as well and I did get the correct size too. A fire on we're going to get your back into court now right where we left off
