Great sturdy quality
This is perfect for taking our dog with us anywhere we go- convenient that I can put his toys in the bag with him and he can stay occupied in the car. The straps do loosen up very easily but overall I love it

It had an odor to it similar to cigarette smoke. It did not have any directions or pamphlet of any kind and no tags on it anywhere with description or directions as to how to use it.

It's cute BUT I had to basically use my old one to REBUILD this one. Sides and bottom cave in when my baby is in it. He's a Chihuahua so he's not over 10lbs.

1. it doesn't sit up well (not sturdy enough). 2. the straps are not secure as they do not fit properly around the back set / headrest 3. did not come with instructions - just received the item in the box 4. my dog does not like sitting in it at all and always climbs out
