You get what you pay for
Arrived with a broken door and no way to open the crate. There was no hardware with it even though it advertises the crate comes with it. It is very flimsy and will not hold or contain any animal safely. I returned this immediately and ordered from Amazon.

Missing screws
I am a bit disappointed because we I went home to put the carrier together, there were no screws to secure the carrier together. It just snaps on the sides, but I feel it would be safer with the screws. It is ok to transport my dog in the car, but not comfortable carrying it. I may take it back.

Cat carrier
I haven't used it yet so all I can say is it looks good. I would have preferred a top open carrier plus the door but I think it will work. I now will have to get them used to going in it for food etc.. The size seems right.
