I have bought the Alkalinity up before and it works.
The product works. I had an exceptionally big crowd in the pool and the water was nearing 90 degrees then it poured and we got a couple of inches of rain. I wound up with all major chemicals nearly zeroing out. Bringing up the alkalinity first is important. I had 13 lbs left over from last season and had to get more as that didn't do the trick. Having it delivered in 2 days helped. I wish it could be more concentrated so you didn't need so much. I have a 20 X 40 unground and it wound up taking 40 lbs to get it back to normal.
