Very strong natural flavor. Doesn’t stain or leave residue. My treats come out perfectly! I’ve made cakes, cookies, icecream, puddings!

love the flavor of Ube and this was the best thing I brought as I baked so many with this. the packaging on this was cute and came in a box so it was secured compared to others that I brought where it's just in a bag with no protection and not secure

Purple Delight
We use this in cookie, cake, and cheesecake recipes. It taste exactly like a fresh ube yam. Photo is an Ube cheesecake

Great Ube flavor! I use it to make Ube cold foam and it's great. It lasts for a long time, the color is nice. The flavor is nice.

purple cheesecake
I got this to attempt to get a purple color in my cheesecake. it was not a deep purple. I used it in the cheesecake and the whipped topping (shown in photo)

This item itself is great but shipping took waaaaay longer than Amazon. But the item itself is great and I mix it either way liquid stevia I add it to yogurts, smoothies etc
