I only have the use of one arm and can't open cans. i tried frozen and it was not ripe. I can't cut ripe pineapple and then I found these! I can open more than 1 if needed. They taste great, are an easy snack or can be added to any recipe. I was thrilled to find these so that I can have pineapple again!

Lower carb Pineapple! YUM
As a diabetic, I’m always looking for yummy food that I can enjoy without guilt. I’ve been on a kick with cottage cheese and 1 container of these pineapple, no sugar, in water 10 carbs. I add about 1/2 cup cottage cheese (a few more grams of carbs). IT IS DELICIOUS! I’m hooked.

Quick go to for healthy snack!
It's such a good last minute addition to a meal that just needs one more thing to complete it! It's wonderful as a 'dessert' for not using sugar!!

This pineapple is really good. Sugar free and great taste. I highly recommend these if you are Diabetic.

Doling Out the Pineapple Tidbits!
The taste of the juice %26 consequently the fruit, seems to have changed over the last year. I don't like it as much as before this change. (The cost has gone WAY up, too!)

Need to keep this on the shelves in the stores
Hard to get in store, had to order %26 have ship %26 have to spend at least $35 or pay for shipping. If it was in store, I wouldn't have to pay for shipping.

Dole Fruit cup Snacks.
Although the pineapple fruit cups are very delicious and are definitely a favorite. I can't say much about the poor delivery from fed ex or USPS. The pineapple fruit cup box was upside down so the juice leak inside %26 outside the box. Upon delivery they're supposed to ring the doorbell but not all of them follow directions. What a disappointment. Better luck next time.☹️ Pamela Pounds
