Great quality. Fits a young child perfectly. Still able to put items in backpack, even when there's a doll attached.

Quality is amazing. The only problems we had was the strap that goes between the dolls legs was sewn too close to the pocket it sits in. Simple fix, took a stitch ripper and undid the seam, now her 18" dolls fits perfectly in its pocket. My daughter loves it!

Doll bags
I bought 4 of these bags for my daughter and her friends to use to take to the American Girl Stores. Before we even got off the train two of the backpacks were not able to be used because the zipper came off and the bag could not close. The girls were disappointed that they couldn't use it.

Broken Hearted Child
My daughter purchased this item with her Christmas money to go along with her My Life doll Santa brought her. It was purchased through site to store. The item arrived on Thursday and was picked it up that evening. She opened the box on the way home and we both were excited at how cool it was for her to carry her new doll. She couldn't wait to try it out with her doll once we got home. She started placing her doll in the doll holder and the strap pulled loose from the seam. The tears started. It broke my heart to see her so upset knowing she had purchased this with her own money and was so excited to have it to our weekend trip only have it come apart. The quality is very poor and not worth the $18.03 that my daughter paid. If you do not want to see your child disappointed then I would recommend you not purchase this item. We did return to the store for a full refund of the purchase price but they weren't giving out compensation for a broken heart.
