This works great for the price. I paid double for a different model last year and it had already stopped working. So far everything has been great with this pool cleaner and it picks up debris well.

The pool cleaner was easy to set up and use right out of the box. It's doing a fantastic job of cleaning debris from the pool. I highly recommend it!

This was a gift bought for my son. He had one before this one and liked it.

It's a bit heavy getting out of pool otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Does not pick up very well

1. It would not pair with the bluetooth on my phone for remote controls. 2. I would not climb the side walls of the pool to water level level height 3. Umbilical cord was too short to clean the entire pool, 16'X32" 4. The lid over the debris content container would open in use and all collected debris would come back out into the pool. 5. After 3 weeks of use I returned it. I think I got a lemon.

I have a 12x20ft oval above ground pool and there are things that I do like- long cord, automatic start, easy to clean basket. A major downside is it doesn't clean well on the ends of my pool, while it cleans the middle very well. The directions didn't review what the buttons are on the control panel so you have to be prepared to visit youtube for instructions. If I could return this I probably would, just based on it not thoroughly cleaning my pool.

Buying from this company was a bizarre exercise in frustration. I ordered a product and somehow received a 40-pound bag of bird seed instead. What should have been a simple mistake to correct turned into a customer service nightmare. After multiple calls and conversations with three separate agents, I was repeatedly assured the issue would be resolved. Nothing happened. No replacement. No refund. No follow-through. The entire experience felt like a bureaucratic carnival ride where everyone promises help and nobody actually does anything. I've now filed a fraud claim because the company appears incapable of refunding a product they never delivered. If you're considering ordering from them, be prepared for a level of incompetence that would be funny if it weren't your money.
