GREAT FOR CONDOMINIUM TRACKING
It does everything I need to track my expenses and income for our Rental Condominium, it's got envelopes to keep receipts in so it's all ready for my tax preparation.

Perfect for keeping all your rental info.
I have been using this rental property record book for several years for one of my clients. It is perfect for her to check her monthly rental income and expenses. It makes preparing her tax return a lot easier.

"ideal" record book
I have been using this rental property record book for several years. It helps in keeping track of my rental income and expenses. At the end of the year, I have all the information I need to prepare my tax return in one place. I am not looking all over for income receipts and operating expenses. With the extra pages I do not use, I can record miscellaneous notes such as contractors used, new appliances purchased, weather, major personal expenses, etc. If something happens to me my children will have a record to fall back on in dealing with my rentals.
