The price was great. I have yet to of gotten it

The part that I bought was supposed to be a heat pump and 15,000 BTUs they sent me a 13,500 BTU unit that was straight air-conditioning. The squirrel cage was bent and would not turn at all. The good news is they've let me return it and I'm waiting for the refund. The bad news is I had to pay people to come out twice and put it on the roof that is all.

make Walmart provide you with a model number.
Description was both wrong on BTU size and weather it was a Condenser A/C or Heat pump style. A 13.5k BTU condenser A/C was delivered not a !5k BTU Heat Pump as described in the Ad. Unit also looked to have previously been opened and repackaged. Model %23s with a "H" in them are Heat Pumps. Model %23s with a "C" in them are regular condenser A/C ony
