Works great as Dometic products should. I guess they could make rv toilets a little more like a standard one, though. That's just my oponion. Light in weight because every pound makes a difference when pulling a camper or rv. Thank you.
This was purchased to upgrade our existing 300 series rv toilet. It fixed perfectly and is an amazing upgrade. It is taller, made of ceramic and flushes like a normal toilet. Highly recommend

We wanted a Bidet on our camper toilet. We had a new Dometic 300 but it was not compatible . So we went ahead and purchased the Dometic 320. It works perfectly and has a slow close lid. We love it as the lid is a house type lid with a porcelain base. We should have done this long ago. Excellent item Thank you for the fast shipping,
This model is replacing a broken 300 model that cracked and leaked stink. Fro. What I read, it is a problem for the 300 model. This one has a ceramic bowl so I hope of fares better, One issue is that the toilet arrived damaged. Only a small plastic cover but it was cracked. I wont return the toilet over this issue (I need something NOW to stop the stench in my RV. I will try to glue it or get on dometic to replace it. Just beware that shipping can cause damage. Make sure to check for any damage when it arrives.
Bowl doesn't hold water. Methane leaks back from black tank. Installed last week and hoped that it would seal after having water in it a few times. Very disappointed!
When the toilet was delivered and I open the box.... the porcelain bowl was busted into several pieces.
Sent wrong toilet
The bowl leaks and will not hold water. The foot pedal is defective. As soon as you push down on the pedal, the flap begins to open. This is defective as well as the seal above the flap, which allows water to drain out of the bowl. And to top it off, I can't return it! $300 wasted!!
