Eggplant yumm and cost saving, easy. Love it.
Time is $$$, sooo, fixing parmeason and other eggplant thing, is really much cheeper and certainly cheeper this way.

Delicious
Absolutely delicious. Absolutely… Delicious. Baked them and they taste like they were deep-fried. Love the batter. They were a little bit better but overall I really really like them and will order again.

A pricey mistake
I thought buying these in bulk would save me a lot of time and energy. They were excellent in an eggplant parm dish. But I tried other suggested recipes and they practically fell apart. Too thin for Rollatini. Too thin just to fry them and top with sauce. Guess I'll just make a lot of eggplant parm till we're sick of it.
