I love the softness of this pillow. I think it could be just a little bit firmer on the edge where it supports your neck, not too much firmer just a little bit firmer around the edge where it supports the neck🙌🏾

I have had two neck surgeries and my last orthopedic pillow cost over $100. After two years wanted a new one but didn't want to spend that much money again and I thought I'll try this pillow. It works great for me. I do wish it would be a little bit higher but that's just a personal preference. I will repurchase

I was looking for a pillow to help with my sleeping and neck and shoulder pain. I am a side sleeper and traditional pillows didn't offer enough support. It took some time to get used to the unique shape of this cervical pillow, but once I did, it became very comfortable. It holds its shape perfectly and doesn't flatten out over time. My only minor complaint is that the profile feels a bit on the low end, so it might not be ideal if you prefer a higher loft. Overall, it's a solid, supportive pillow.
