This pillow has helped with neck support. It did take me a little while to get use to it cause I sleep in different positions. This pillow allows me fall asleep in one position comfortably and usually wake up in a different position just as comfortably

I bought 3 but need to buy 1 more, my mom took mine. This pillow is great. My neck no longer aches in the morning. Both my son and nephew love it too and they are in their early 20s. It took my 2 days to adjust to learning how to sleep on the pillow properly but after that I've had no issues.

I have had cervical spine surgery, and it has been difficult to find a pillow that gives me the support and comfort I need. This one seems to work great, so far.

This pillow is great. Just as nice as the pricier options. My ONLY critique is that it needs a washable cover. Regular pillow cases of course fit over it, but take away from the ability to use it comfortably.

The pillow was exactly how it looked online, but I misunderstood how big (it's queen size) and soft it was (it's very soft). I needed a small firm pillow. Due to these two things, I feel they are why I never felt any support with it. Which is the only reason I needed one so I ended up giving it away. That person said they really liked it. I personally need a much stronger support.

I never received the pillow. The Walmart driver came to my apartment building door and then cancelled my order before I received it. Makes no sense! Walmart needs to hire BETTER drivers AND PAY THEM HIGHER WAGES!! I assume the driver 'returned' the pillow back to the seller?!🤣🤣🤣

I opened the pillow from the box, and let it air out for 5-6 hours before use. When using, it gave me allergies, i was sneezing and wheezing until i finally changed it at 4:00 in the morning wherein i woke up (after using it since i fell asleep) with the worse shoulder and neck pain. Worse than my regular pillows. I changed back to my regular pillows and slept fine the rest of the night. Didn't give my head neck or arms enough support. If I used a second pillow underneath it was too much.
