First of all, the negative reviews from bums who haven't even purchased this bed are unfair and wasteful. Why even bother writing? Yes it's pricey. But shopping around I was able to find it for $455 with the under storage . So yeah. Quality it's superb. My son loves it's and it's beautiful in his room. You have to have a large bedroom yes, but the specifications are all there for you to decide itstf is right for you or not. We got rustic sand and it it natural, neutral and great for kids with imaginations. I am glad I bought it. Worth every cent

I'm sorry but no would ever spend this much on a clubhouse bed. Its awesome and cool but for all that money you could have built 2 of your own or even have someone build one for you in a bedroom or even a backyard club house. The price is ridiculous Point blank! By the time the thing is paid off the kid will have out grown it!!! Other than the price this is a very cool idea that I think a ton of parents would consider buying. Sales would skyrocket if it were cheaper.

too big and leaves no room in small bedroom for anything especially with 2 kids in room.. a child's bedroom needs more than a clunky expensive fort in it... too expensive and kids will outgrow it... overpriced for Walmart
