Donco Kids Twin Loft Bed, Espresso

My kid loves it and he's back to sleeping in his own bed. Thank you for the best deal I could find online on this bed. I'm already thinking clearer again now that I have my bed back!

The only thing is the bed did not come with a manual so we started putting it together without one then looked it up online.

The loft bed is super cute and special for my boys to have. They love the slide! The fact that the slide only installs on one side of the bed is the only downside so far. We have had it set up for about a month. It's very sturdy. Some of the screws came stripped and made it hard to install but it still works! We decided to put the stripped screw on the slide so it would effect the security of the parts the mattress is on! It took 2 people and about an hour of work. Over all pleased with our purchase!

The design and style of this bed is great. By 4 year old LOVES it and doesn't stop talking about it. My only issues are the tent doesn't stay up, it has sticky pads that don't stick for more than a couple hours at a time and the item also arrived damaged. The white paint on the majority of the legs and sides was pealing off in patches.

Bed is attractive and sturdy. Instructions were clear and I was able to assemble by myself in an hour or so. It would get 5 stars except tge smallest screws strip very quickly and won't go all the way in. I've never stripped a screw with an Allen wrench before but these did. Now several are only half in with no way to put them all the way in or remove them.. curtains will not stay up so I'll have to try stronger glue or staples.

This bed didn't even last a year, not sturdy at all! It was very wobbly and they sent the wrong pieces. My 7 year old son is not rough and really hardly uses the bed at all and when he got on it last night the support beam just snapped and the wood slats that hold the mattress also broke. He is also small for his age so I have no clue what the issue was other than a horribly made bed! Don't buy this pos! I wish I could rate it a negative because it doesn't deserve one star!
