This loaf pan, with its Lift Out insert, makes it super easy to bake a loaf of Banana bread as well as a Meatloaf, and remove each from the pan WHOLE! I used to have such a loaf pan, but it 'disappeared' in a move several years ago. I am Really Glad that i purchased this handy pan! I HIGHLY Recommend it!!!

This pan is great. I put the insert in and I can make meatloaf or lasagna and when it comes out of the oven I take my spatula and cut around the sides then lift the insert out. I then run my spatula between the insert and the lasagna and then put it on the serving plate. My food lifts right out of the pan and looks great. The grease that is left in the bottom of the pan, just scrape it into the trash, and put the pan and insert into the dishwasher. I have not baked bread in this pan yet, but it is the perfect size for a nice loaf.

Provided an essential kitchen tool that so improved my experience making meatloaf and successfully serving it in a far superior manner rather than leaving chunks of it adhering to the baking pan that everyone in my extended family will get one for a practical and appreciated Christmas gift.

This pan is perfection. The silver color in matte, versus the usual chrome, is gorgeous, and the size is ideal for a 1-person household. Other similar pans I've had over the years are slightly larger and clunky to use IMO.

The drain tray is good for removing meatloaf so it doesn't sit in the grease. The pan itself also works well for breads
