Beautiful design and looked very nice but the sound on ours was muffled so we retuned it unfortunately.

Semi weighted keys feels like a plastic toy, no clear instructions how to layer tones. Its annoying to keep pressing the function button and keys in order to change tones etc. Not worth the hype reviews online

I bought this for my granddaughter as a Christmas present and she was so excited. When we put it together and plugged it in the keyboard would not turn on. We tested the adapter to make sure that wasn't the issue but it had an electrical charge so the keyboard just did not work and my granddaughter was extremely disappointed.

Seems to be an issue among other reviewers as well. I put the whole thing together and then it wouldn't turn on. Now I have to disassemble and repackage it to return it, which is a pain. Unamused.
