this works great at a great price. i wish it had 3 or 4 adjustable voltage outputs and a built in transformer. i would buy the upgrade for sure.

Great for starting in the pedal world.
I recommend this power supply if you do not have a bunch of boutique pedals and you are just getting started in the pedal world. It does not put out as much power as it says. Two of my pedals are electro-harmonix, a good vibes pedal and a big muff pi. It powers the pi just fine, but the good vibes not so much. With this power supply, the good vibes pedal essentially turns into a boost with no modulation. I thought maybe my pedal was deffective so i plugged the power source that came with it into a wall outlet, and it worked perfectly. However, i have a donner loop pedal that draws a lot of power, and it seems to opperate fine. All in all, this power source is a great start, but beware if you begin to add more complex pedals to your rig.
