I mean I got it for a Christmas gift for my nephew. Is wrapped up and hasn't been used and you guys want a rating already. To get honest I don't know what to rate it so im just going to give it a 5 star on everything

Exceptional value!
When my husband passed away, my best friend helped me through it. She has a difficult time playing her guitar due to arthritis in her hands. This one fit perfectly! I gave it to her as an early Christmas present! She loved it!

It is smooth on the neck its a wood finish/no gloss. Low E string on mine is sensitive to that dink sound on the 11th/12th fret but the bottom is very heave so buy a better strap..

First guitar
Bought this as a Christmas gift; will be first guitar. Great value! Amp is small, hope that's ok? It comes beautifully packaged in a simple soft case. The music lessons are online available to the public; nothing extra there- so the advertising on that is not greatly accurate.

Don't Buy It
Purchased as a gift for an aspiring guitar player. The strings were buzzing no matter who tried to play it. I took it to a professional to have the neck adjusted and was told the neck is bent and the frets are not level. Thinking this guy was trying to swindle me into purchasing a new guitar from them, I took the guitar to a second place and was told the same thing. The guitar cannot be fixed. We ended up with a new Fender for $150 more than what I spent on this - literal- garbage. Save your money and buy a better guitar.

Poor Service and no Fulfillment
I placed an order at the very beginning of December for this set, hoping to give to my son for Christmas. It has never even been shipped from the store so I had to cancel and rebuy somewhere else! No notice or explanation given, just no product ever shipped. Very disappointing.
