Donner Hush-OG Electric Guitar Headless + Gig Bag H-S-S Solid Body, Natural

Received 7:48 last night. Box looked opened, not sealed at all with tape. Top side of fretboard has several dings on it like it was used and neck pocket has two cracks. One large one staring you in the face while playing and a smaller one on the bottom. Donner customer service is just a page you fill out on their website then wait... don't hold your breathe. Their contact number for the US is disconnected. Don't believe the YouTube videos, some people will say anything to get free stuff. I know, I have a channel and get offered stuff all the time but I send the stuff back. Out of the dozens of YT videos on this guitar only two I found were critical. One was for neck pocket cracks and the other for weak pickups... in my case both are true. The thickness of the neck pocket is only 5/8 of an inch as opposed to a typical Strat guitar with 1 1/8 inch. Having two cracks from the factory doesn't breed confidence and neither does Donner's pre-shipping inspection. In closing you should always try to contact a company before you buy and see how easy it is to contact customer service. I had an idea I was going for a dip in the lake of despair so I bought this thru Walmart because they said it could be returned at the local store.
