Comparison to Doom Eternal - this game has similar gameplay: 1. walk into a room 2. barrier appears preventing you from leaving 3. monsters appear, barrier disappears after you kill them all 4. collect secret stuff around the levels 5. many of the levels are HUGE The navigation around the battlefield is no longer a "super shotgun grapple hook"; rather you lock onto a monster when he's in range and "shield smash" him. The shield and the parrying mechanic are now MAJORLY used in the game. Not as big of a deal as I'd thought it'd be. Similar "strategic managing of the baddies" as Doom Eternal. I'm not a great player - Hurt Me Plenty (the usual easiest difficulty level) is very challenging - but there are MANY tweaks for this, for instance, you can turn down the monsters' aggressiveness while simultaneously turning up the damage you do - it can essentially make it almost too easy. This game is definitely worth your money. The game looks great on my 2024 Samsung OLED television - sounds great too (on my older Onkyo receiver).
Doom was always a great first person shooter ever since the franchise started…Never seems to disappoint 👌🏾💯
If I buy a game at Walmart it's because I already checked online and Walmart has the best price. Good game if you already enjoy the franchise.
Overall, it's a good game.
Product was in stock. Only thing i would say took a star off was there was another seller selling the same thing for 30 dollars more that made it seemed like it was a different version.
The communication was excellent even though my order was canceled I was told why in good way that was easy to understand.
i thought i was buying it new but their wasnt a plastic wrap around it when it arrived in the mail
Not satisfied that the game disc was rolling around in the case upon delivery. Price is the same everywhere else, and quality is almost n/a because it's a video game that has to be played before a rating for quality can apply.
Did not get pre Oder bonus and all the would do is offer me a coupon for 15 of a 25 purchase I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR
Arrived damaged and wouldn't take return back to store
