Door Reinforcement Lock, 3 in. Stop, Aluminum Construction, Bronze

I had to chisel two small portion of the door frame but it works great so that the little ones can't accidentally open the door.

love it. comes in so handy and i feel safe because we dont live in the best of neighborhoods. so glad i came across this one before buying one i seen for almost $70. i wish it was more colors available though

This is an excellent lock and it is easy to install. In my opinion it provides better protection than a standard deadbolt. I use 3” screws to mount it and it not only provides extra security, but it also helps hold the door against the weatherstripping seals. Excellent product.

Love this lock! An ex boyfriend tried kicking my door in (something he had done in the past). Not with this lock! Now I can sleep soundly. Thank you.

Well designed, well built, easy to install.

Used this to add inside security to a basement door. My elderly father has dementia and worried he would open the door and fall down the stairs. Highly recommend this product

I live in an older home that doesn't have a deadbolt, just a door lock. I got 2 of these for 2 different doors. They come with 2 sets of screws, and while the 3" ones are supposed to be more secure, my drill bit isn't that long and they wouldn't go in, so I used the shorter ones. They still feel nice & secure, so I'm sleeping better at night with these installed.

Easy to install. This lock gives me piece of mind when being home at night with my kids.

I'm not sure how well it works but I did not like the finish so I am returning it. It does not look anything like the other bronze hardware on my door.
