CRUSHED!!!
I ordered 3 boxes of the Cool Ranch Doritos. The product was taken from the boxes they were in and put into a plastic shipping bag to be shipped. The chips were crushed so badly that there wasn't even any air in some of the bags.

Delivery was shoved and smashed in standard size mailbox vs being delivered to the door. very disappointed in delivery

Doritos where not in the original packaging. They where taped up in a plastic bag then put in an envelope not in a box. The chips where completely crushed. I want a refund.

I need this Walmart to offer more products that are in the store for pickup, and I dont think an accurate stock inventory is being presented for order pickup. and delivery, please get the store manager to fix the issue. you have more working families, caregivers, elderly and home bound individuals using the pickup and the delivery system for various reasons. please just dont look at the survey, but implement some improvement
