Poor picking and shipping quality
You would think it would be difficult to mess this one up but not the case. This product consist of a simple oil drain plug and a copper gasket/washer. Upon opening the package after arrival it was discovered that this was obviously a re-shipment of a returned item. The packaging was stapled back together and the copper gasket/washer is missing. I would have been better off not receiving the item at all rather than an obviously returned unit. I really expect better quality from Walmart. I purchase items from Walmart.com that are sold and shipped by Walmart to avoid things like this from happening. This is something one would expect from a marketplace seller not from Walmart. Lesson learned...
