Very poor quality casting
The quality of the casting is below poor. I have spent several hours using a Dremel tool and grinding stones to clean up the inside of this casting. The exhaust holes are smaller that the (2) openings that are machined into it. The (4) ports that bolt to the head of the engine are even worse. On this side, the ports for cylinders 2 %26 3 are smaller than the ports for cylinders 1 %26 4. I don't know if there's enough metal available in ports 2 %26 3 to get them to be the same size as 1 %26 4. Save yourself the trouble and either fix the Honda casting or go to a junkyard and get another one. Wasted alot and time and effort already on this project. I've included 2 pictures of where the casting would bolt up to the engine head, and 3 pictures of where the exhaust pipe would bolt up to the exhaust pipe. The pictures tell all.
