its a wheel lock set
the yellow plastic guide is NOT attached to the socket, it is loose ( WILL DEFINITELY GET LOST)

Disappointed
I bought this lock set to unlock my wheels. Walmart assured me it would fit my vehicle, but when the delivery arrived and I tried it, I discovered it did not fit. To ensure you get the right part for your car, I recommend calling the dealership to obtain the part number.
