Good Product, Good Price, and Super Fast Shipping.. Thanks! I immediately then paid in full as soon as bookkeeping had a final bill and I I was allowed to pay. Gota love good and fast service and show your appreciation asap!

Works good, manufacturer should package better
Came in a box with zero cushioning or protection from the manufacturer and not well taped. The tool itself is fine, works great, but I remember when you used to buy a name brand tool and they would come with some sort of protective case to prolong the life of your investment. Sad that companies don't go the extra mile anymore.

Nothing special, and it is heavy.
Nothing special. It doesn't heat up fast or hold its heat during use. And it is pretty heavy for a small unit. If you're only doing a small amount of soldering, it might be ok, but for anything more than that, I wwould not recommend it.
