Dosage Calculation - Workbook & Digital Companion

I absolutely love this dosage calculation book. It makes things so much simpler and easy to understand vs what my professor teaches at school. And the digital course that it comes with is amazing as well! If I could give 20 stars I would!

I am currently gearing up to start nursing school in the fall this year. I have been studying dosage calculations and other basic material all summer. This is the first book that has really helped me tremendously. It is straightforward and simple to understand the material! I feel really prepared to tackle Dosage Calculations in nursing school.

I have done a great amount of practice problems and watched endless YouTube videos on how to solve dosage calculation problems. None of it has helped me as much as this book. This book allowed me to learn the material I've been trying to for months...Thank you Level Up RN! This was my first purchase from this website and I will definitely be coming back for more as I begin my nursing school journey!

So I've flipped through the book. Will I need it? Maybe. Am I glad I have it in case I forget how to calculate something? Um yes! I love that it shows a proportion way of solving and not just dimensional analysis! I learned everything the proportional way and it works best for me, but my nursing program teaches the dimensional analysis way, which I'm still unsure of! If I need reference for that, it's in there! Thank you Level Up RN. I don't know what I would do without all the study tools and content you put out!

I purchased this book because I have the flash cards for a couple of classes I have and they are AMAZING! So far, the book has been pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I won't know if it pays off until I take my next dosage cal test but I'm confident I'll do well if I continue to use the book as a source for improvement. Thanks LevelUp RN.

I got this as soon as it launched and it is literally the best investment you can make. If I could recommend one product for all of nursing school I think this would be it. I have learned more from this book in TWO DAYS than I have from my professors all semester. I'm inching towards my finals and have been in tears over IV dosages. Within watching 5 minutes of the video on it, I felt comfortable tackling problems in my own. The best thing is that it gives you MULTIPLE WAYS to tackle the problem!!! Which is awesome because every other tool I've used has only given the answer using dimensional analysis (which I don't understand!), so it was super hard to learn anything from my mistakes. Today I was in tears not out of frustration, but because I felt hopeful for passing my final dosage calculations exam and it was pretty much due to this book and the companion videos. The book is small (but easily readable for those that might have vision issues) and easy to take with you. Plus the cover is hard so it's pretty durable. I feel like the quality is enough to last even years after graduation. Plenty of practice problems and things are color coded for easy access. I think I'll be getting some more books soon for my close friends in school!

I received a notification from my professors that beginning of fall '22 we will have a dosage calculation exam. I decided to purchase the calculation workbook since I already used the Med-Surg flashcards. So far this has been great. I will know if all of my hard work is paying off after the first week of class.

It's a great book. I am terrible at math and need to achieve 90% in dosage calculations to move forward.

This book sure does break down the dosage calculations problems that are faced in nursing school. I bought this book because every semester we have to test back in by completing a number of questions on the first day of class which always makes me nervous, but with this book, I feel confident that I will conquer the math questions and continue moving forward. Other than some publishing errors, I think it is a great guide for Nervous Nellies like me.

I paid for both items. I received the book but the website had no area to bring up "my courses" to use the (digital) part. I sent multiple emails and was given repeat information, that was not helpful. There was no place in the web page to open an area to get to an option for the digital portion. The book is great, but I paid for both, and was not able to utilize that for which I paid.
