Dossier It Factor

This has quickly become one of my favorite fragrances. It opens with this addictive spicy blend of ginger and cardamom, then dries down into the warmest mix of sandalwood, vanilla, brown sugar, and musk. It smells clean, cozy, ****, and expensive all at once. The longevity is amazing, and every time I wear it, someone asks what I'm wearing. Definitely one of the best warm unisex scents I've tried lately.

Decided to get a mini of this scent to try, and I just know I'll be running for a full-size bottle very soon. It's been roughly an hour since I applied it and I cannot stop actively wanting to smell myself. It's sweet and spicy in a way that would actively turn heads. This scent genuinely lives up to its name, and I would even go as far as to say it's confidence in a bottle. Completely obsessed.

I had originally thought this fragrance did not suited me. I gifted it to my cousins and they both loved it. They came to visit and one of them smelled so good and I couldn't believe it when she said she was wearing It Factor. She smelled so fresh, so sweet and sophisticated. Long story short. I ended up buying a travel sizes of the It Factor fragrance so I can hive it another go. And it's a delicious gourmand. Now I have to save up for a large size bottle. I'm glad I gave it a second chance.

This is THE perfume. It's warm and spicy, and not overwhelming. I usually only like fresh/ citrusy perfumes and I am so excited I finally found a perfume like this that I like. Also I have literally everyone stopping me and asking me what Im wearing. Its addictive and unique. 10/10

I have gotten one from Target...oh my goodness, the smell is just amazing, it drives me crazy. It starts pretty ***** and almost like fizzy aperol, because of ginger and cardamon. Then the sheer vanilla and tonka bean hits-I'd describe it like a classy cashmere sweater, that's resting on a leather chair in a room with a fireplace, with a lingering soft scent of the cigar box! It's such a rich and enchanting scent.

Wasn't sure at first. The projection wasn't overwhelming aside from the initial spritz which is definitely lovely, but it fades fast. Then later, there's a lingering scent, a musky vanilla, subtle but definitely there. THAT is why I'm keeping it. The dry down is soooo nice and I don't really have any musks or vanillas that I love. In a way, it reminds me of Ambery Vetiver. A scent that grows on you and becomes irreplaceable. Suitable for office use as it's not too strong.

BLOWN AWAY. Taken aback in ways I didnt think I would be (or could be). I really hope it smells as good as the notes in it I know I love are was my only thought. Its also my 1st Dossier signature scent, so Id adjusted my expectations v. those I have for my Dossier impressions scents which makes this even wilder. Speaking of - Ive barely touched the other 2 impressions Id ordered with It Factor. Ive worn them a few times the last 2 months & theyre great additions to my collection. What Ive grown to expect from Dossier, for sure. HOWEVER. Ive worn It Factor...at least 30x? No. Thats a lie. More. Way more. Listen, all I know is Ive used almost half the bottle already, okay? Basically, Im constantly using it bc I want to feel like my life is still glorious & judge my dramatics here all you like, but its 2025 & this fragrance is one of the only things thats made me feel whole again. Its my emotional support scent at this point & if it needs papers to support this so I can have it with me AT ALL TIMES - Ill get them. If I had to choose one downside, it would be the newly formed fear of its demise & that itll one day vanish. I cant even entertain the thought of it. TL;DR: In all seriousness - It Factor is absolutely STUNNING.

Smells really good, but you have to be right up on somebody to be able to smell it. I would never purchase this again and I regret purchasing the one I did.

I bought this in the Nolita store while on vacation in New York after smelling so many perfumes in the store (side note the gentleman working whose name I do not remember was wonderful). It smelled so good in the store -- unisex and warm. When I sprayed it on myself at the hotel it was much more powerful in the cardamom department than I had remembered. It is a little too bold and gourmand for me, but I love love love the brown sugar and vanilla dry down. I just have to ask if it's worth it to smell like cardamom for hours before the brown sugar surfaces lol. I've had my bottle for 10 months and have only used about 40% of it. I have to really be in the mood for something like this to wear it, which is not often. I don't hate it, but it's a strong one that I don't reach for much.

Great name, but it failed to wow me. Returning this. Ginger and brown sugar doesnt create "clean but warm" vibes. I wanted to like this but it was a scent most awful Add the incense and i felt like my orthodox church upbringing collided with a medicine cabinet straight outta the 70s: smells like bandaids+iodine+church. 😓
