I see why some people think that smell like soap. At first, if you spray too much, have a soapy smell. But once airs of a bit, smell fantastic. Very clean. Just be mindful to not spray too much!

I rarely leave reviews, especially because I haven't liked any of my Dossier (blind) buys but I bought this one a few years ago and thought about seeing if I ended up liking any after they settled down and THIS ONE is amazing! I am usually a fruity/sweet girly, sometimes like a good earthy or gourmand but there is something about this one that I can't stop wanting to spray on me. I do not know what the OG smell like but whatever THIS one is, it works. It's so hard to describe! Unless I got something labeled wrong?? LOL. . . The notes do not seem to match up. Whoever says it smells like Febreze or plugin, I'd love to know where they get their because there is no way. I hate those things because they are sickening & gross. I have a VERY sensitive nose and this one is so simple, clean, feminine & has a slight floral sweetness. Maybe even a very subtle cream soda vibe?.

I love this fragrance. I havent smelled the original but wow this is beautiful. Clean girl all the way. I will always continue to repurchase at this price point. My bottle has sat for a few months while Ive been testing new scents and its even better now!

This perfume smells great. It's gone after a few hours however, if it doesn't last, the scent is magnificent. It's exactly as described.

No, it doesn't smell like Febreeze or Fabuloso. Instead, it has a scent reminiscent of a very unique and expensive laundry detergent, which is exactly what Aldehyde is all about. For those unfamiliar, Aldehydes are disinfectants, which explains why their aroma is often similar to detergents. The fragrance is fresh, clean, soapy, bright, and floral. Personally, I find it a bit too bright, and the floral notes tend to make it even brighter, stuffy, and very feminine. Overall, it has a lovely feminine scent. If you enjoy floral, soapy, and bubbly bath fragrances, you'll find this one wonderful. I gave 1 star down because I was hoping for a unisex perfume, but it didn't meet my expectations.

This scent is heavy and like others have reviewed, a little like laundry detergent. Theres definitely more of a detergent vibe than airy sun dried cotton. Instead of returning I decided to use this as a room spray and I do enjoy it in that sense. It is definitely a statement with long lasting fragrance.

The scent of this perfume reminds me of nail polish remover and was super strong. The floral notes did not particular come through very much for me. Is definitely a distinct scent.

This scent is not for me. It is a bit too soapy for my taste, I would prefer if it had some additional fresh notes. I have been trying to process an exchange but havent received a return label from Dossier yet and the portal to exchange online isnt working properly for me. I love that I can return, just wish it was a bit smoother of a system!
