Very incompetent - BEWARE! Bad customer service too. I ordered a 42x16 window to the build site and they sent a smaller window with completely different dimensions. My contractor didn't know any better and installed the window. Now I am stuck with a small window in my house. When I contacted the seller they didn't even offer to refund me some of the price for sending me a smaller window - they just said there was nothing we can do. This company is a total muppet show. Not to be trusted.
