Extreme back support
Great support and it is made of quality material . Price of item is much less than if you buy at a medical supply store. This back support brace has been a game changer for me and now I can be more active without so much pain . Would highly recommend.

ok for the $
it works ok. the back creeps up when you are sitting for long times watching tv. great for walking and shopping and yardwork.

Stiff material and runs small
The material is stiff and scratchy on the skin. The 2x is maybe more for 45 inch total waist. I could not get it to wrap around the 50 inch waist. So I would say it runs small.
