No problems with leaks or design. Fits Starbucks venti size frappuccino perfectly. I'm not a fan of their new paper cups for iced drinks. This tumbler is a great alternative!

Not designed like a frappe cup!
I wanted to make my own frappe/Frappuccino at home. The hole was small only to fit the narrow straw and the edges of the hole are rough and I cut my tongue when I tried to lick the whipped topping through the hole. Th option to design your own cup was cute but unnecessary.

No advantages at all
Very poor product design. Every time I unscrew the cap, the rest of the double-walled cup also comes apart. Not only that, but the swirly straw is difficult to get clean and is a breeding ground for all sorts of germs. Plus, the straw is PINK, which is a color I do not like. So, I've ended up tossing the straw and using a disposable one. As I mentioned, whoever designed the cup didn't think it through.
