It's very relaxing to sit in and it's adjustable, a good feature in a desk chair. It was a gift and a good value for the price . Would buy again.

Love the foot rest. Not a fan of the constant swiveling arms. The shock does not work. The back is not sturdy.

The up and down piston didn't work. Ordered a new piston before company replied back to my inquiry. chair is comfortable

This chair has potential, but fell short in many ways. I was looking for something adjustable for my shorter height so I could have proper lumbar support and something that fit my shorter frame. This fit the bill for that. Unfortunately, the lumbar, while adjustable, does not lock into place, so it is basically useless as it sits at the bottom of my back. The armrests only lock in place in the up or down position, but they are constantly sliding back and rotating as those don't lock, so if you put any kind of weight on them, like leaning on it to adjust your position, they will move. The mesh seems quality and the fit is exactly what I was looking for, if only the adjustments actually stayed in place. The instructions were atrocious and the screws they have labeled didn't coordinate with the instructions at all. I've put together many office chairs, though, so it wasn't hard for me to figure out, but definitely might throw some people way off. One screw that was labeled on it's package was 3 different labels in the instructions. Overall, the quality control is atrocious and I will likely return.
