Doughmakers Durable Original Non-Stick Pebble Pattern Aluminum Cake Pan, 9" x 13"

I have had one of these for years and it is still in good condition. I have bought other brands and they rust and start looking disgusting. I decided to purchase another one because I sometimes want to bake two cakes at one time.

I bought this a few months ago. It seems expensive but, so far, nothing has stuck to its surface. If needed, soak it in hot water for a few minutes to make everything come off even easier.

When I first got the pan, I noticed how it had more weight to it than my normal cake pans. The quality of this cake is very impressive! The pan heats up quickly, cools down super-fast and distributes heat evenly making the perfect desserts and meals every time! I have cooked an array of various things in this pan from lasagna to chocolate cake and everything has turned out super yummy! I was pleasantly surprised how easy cleaning this pan is! A lot of brands will claim their pans are nonstick when they aren't. This Doughmakers cake pan is truly nonstick! No more scrubbing! I also love that the pebble pattern surface allows for healthier baking as it eliminates the need for shortenings, oils and sprays! If you are looking for a new pan, I highly recommend this one from Doughmakers! I loved this cake pan so much that I will be getting more pans from this line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do not bake too much in this household as my husband is not a big fan of sweets, but when our 5 year old daughter decided she wanted to bake a cake with her dad, this is what we used. The texture of the cake pan itself was kind of off- putting at first, but then again, I have never seen a cake pan like it. Once I discovered it was to help the cake bake more evenly, it made more sense. I cannot put this in the dishwasher without feeling like I have to give it a good scrub down first as I am afraid will get stuck, but it has not been too bad. We will be using this for future baking endeavors and plan on trying Rice Krispies treats the next time, cannot wait! Thank you for a fun free sample. It is well made and have used it many times and it does well in heat and easy to clean up. It is no stick so less gets stuck to the pan and more on the plates. Lightweight and easy to store so takes up little space. This is perfect for those that love to bake or make just about anything from scratch.

Because of the material that this made out of you don't need to grease it down with any can spray, you just need to use some type of shortening & lather it all over & your cake slides out easily! And yes you can use this product for other dishes not only just cake. You can do brownies, you can make a medium sized casserole. A lot of free different dishes can be made in this pan! I love it especially because morning sticks to it when baking & it's easy to clean up afterwards as well.

The aluminum alloy conducts heat well and is exceptionally durable. No warping, ever. They use a patented pebble patterned surface on the inside of the pan that creates an intrinsically non-stick surface but I still spray the pan out of habit. Highly recommend this pan!
