[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookie sheet is named the "Grand Cookie Sheet" which seems a bit over rated but after using it once I knew it was a well earned name. Cookies turn out fabulous on this sheet and cook evenly and have no issues with sticking. I hate it when my cookies stick to the pan but that is not a problem with this Grand cookie sheet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I ordered the cookie sheet, I was afraid it would be flimsy. Sometimes pictures look great and products are really not all that great. I really was surprised when I opened the box and it is a nice sturdy sheet with an amazing lip that saves you sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been in the market for a new cookie sheet as my old one is beyond messed up. I loved how big this sheet was but I was concerned about the “pebbling” effect on the top of this sheet. I thought, for sure, my baked goods would stick in the crevices - but I was wrong! I even tried Paleo cookies (pictured) as these tend to be the stickiest and hardest to remove. Not a problem at all. This baby bakes! It's extremely light weight, bakes SUPER evenly and everything just slides right off. The lack of sides, I think, makes it seem even bigger than it is, which I love. I also love that the instructions said not to use spray oil on the surface as it can, over time, mess up the finish and quality of the sheet. Maybe everyone on earth knows this, but I did not. It certainly explains what's happened to all of my sheet pans! Anyway, great cookie sheet. I'm very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the overall size of this cookie sheet so I can make plenty of cookies at one time. The aluminum is heavy grade to last, and the pebble design helps make sure the cookies bake evenly and release cleanly from the sheet.

I'm not a fan of this type of sheet, it doesn't toast enough. I never like devices that moderate the cooking process, like the barrel shaped Weber charcoal grilles of years ago, which never seared meat but cooked it slowly. French fries take forever to cook on this sheet and never get crispy outside while being cooked inside. Also this sheet is impossible to clean. It stains easily and you can't scrub it or the aluminum gets scratched. I haven't baked cookies on it but I can just imagine how it might perform, no crunch and a mushy inside. On the plus side, the sheet is very light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the concept of this cookie sheet but there were a few things that kept me from moving it. The sheet is extremely slippery, u don't need to use spray oil. The problem for me was that since the sheet doesn't have raised edges around it what you cook on there slides off super easily and almost slid off into the oven. You have to be super careful with it. The label also says not recommended for the dishwasher. In my busy life I need almost everything to go in the dishwasher so this was disappointing.
