I know these are jelly roll / sheet cake pans, but I use them for baking cookies and they are fabulous!! Every type of cookie I bake on these sheets turn out perfect. ALWAYS hand wash these. Do not be tempted to throw them in the dishwasher. They are really easy to clean and will look new for years if you take care of them.
I love this product I have many pieces and enjoy baking with them!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this baking pan. It is fast becoming my favorite. It is a very generous 13 x 18.5 inches and nice and heavy. I love the pebble design. I know it is supposed to be used for baking sheet cakes, and I probably will use it for that someday. For right now I'm using it as a cookie sheet. I recently used it to bake up a large batch of oatmeal cookies and they turned out perfect. Very even temperature. Each cookie browned the same. There was absolutely no problems in removing the cookies from the pan and clean up was a breeze.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this and was wondering what I will cook in it because it was so big and I never seen a cake pan so big. This pan worked out so great I ended up making a roast and was able to make it in thos pan and it came out great not only can you bake a cake in it but lots of other things. This pan works out great for big things you need to make for your family or even a party.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd you are baking a cake in this it takes two normal size cake mixes. The cake turned out evenly cooked all over i did out shortening and flour on the pan before the mix to help it not sick. Made a custom cake using the pan it turned out amazing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great tray that can do double duty in the kitchen. From transporting large slabs of meat to and from the grill or baking tater tots in the oven this one holds up well and is super easy to clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this pan sheet to make my almond butter cookies and I am very impressed with the fact that they don't stick to the pan sheet. With my old pan sheet I had to use foil to avoid sticking if not it would get very messy. I've been hand washing it and soaking beforehand as well and haven't had any issues of burnt residue sticking. Overall it's been a great pan for baking cookies and I like how it's so easy to clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a great large baking sheet. Very spacious. I have used it almost every day since I have gotten it. Highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cookie sheets are always difficult to keep clean; after awhile you just give up and buy new ones. I was excited to receive this pan, as it's bigger than ones I've had in the past and actually lets me cook a full dinner on one pan. I like the pebble-design; it seemed to help the baking process. I was pleasantly surprised that nothing has stuck to the pan so far. It's been easy-to-clean and the food seems to be cooked thoroughly and well. The only negative that I'm worried about is that it seems like the pan is slightly warped after the first use. It may have came that way and I didn't notice before using, but I can't remember for sure. It's definitely still useable, just not level like it used to be.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sheet Cake Pan 13" x 18.5" is a average cake pan. I like that is not made with cheap quality because when used it did not lose its shape. It was able to evenly cook my cake the way the recipe stated. I do have to say that I really like the larger shape of this pan and the nice handles on the sides.
