As good as the perscription version
After trying a perscription version of this supplement, I realized there was a cheaper version available. I haven't detected a single difference after using this for two months. I would recommend this to anyone who is already taking a DHEA supplement.

Strong adrenal support
2 different doctors at different times in my life “prescribed” this OTC supplement after blood and saliva tests confirmed low functioning adrenals. The docs insisted on Douglas Labs, known for precision and quality. I would never attempt to self medicate with this strong hormone-like stimulant.

Jury is out on this one
My health care practitioner recommended me to start taking DHEA since she advised to start lifting weights due to my older age. I just started taking these pills and so far I have not noticed anything different. Perhaps in another 3 weeks or so, I might notice some kind of difference in my overall well being. I am giving it three stars for now since I recently started to ingest this supplement.
