Best quality melatonin
This was recommended to me by my functional medicine doctor. I was shocked when I've started looking at the ingredients and the other melatonin I was taking. This one by Douglas labs is clean. You do have to swallow it, not dissolvable under the tongue.

this tablet is easy to swallow and works great for helping with sleep and migraines, it helps you relax and was recommended by my neurologist.
